SERA placed on agenda of CSIR and UP management at 'first-of-its-kind' workshop

First scientific meeting of ACGT Regional Plant Biotech Forum hosted by UJ
The University of Johannesburg (UJ) hosted the Forum's first scientific meeting on 25 May 2010. The meeting was attended by over 55 delegates representing the CSIR, University of Pretoria, Wits University, UJ, and the Agricultural Research Council (ARC).
 
Research report links solution to Loskopdam water quality problems to water fleas
The solution for the water quality problems plaguing Loskopdam can only be found in the upper catchment of the Olifants River and the return of tiny water zooplankton like water fleas (Daphnia).
